Founder and CEO of Modern Moving Solutions
Luke Heintz is the Founder and CEO of Modern Moving Solutions, a full-service moving, storage, packing, and junk removal company serving St. Louis, Missouri, and the surrounding metropolitan area. He has worked in the moving and hauling industry since he was 15 years old, giving him extensive hands-on experience with the practical demands of residential relocations, commercial moves, packing projects, storage needs, and property cleanouts. Heintz founded Modern Moving Solutions to improve and modernize the way customers experience moving and hauling services. His work centers on providing responsive customer service, organized project coordination, and comprehensive support for individuals, families, and businesses preparing for a transition.
Professional Role and Industry Experience
As Founder and CEO, Luke Heintz oversees the direction and service standards of Modern Moving Solutions. His experience began with direct involvement in the moving and hauling industry, allowing him to understand the physical, logistical, and customer-service challenges that can arise during a relocation. That background continues to shape how the company approaches each project, from planning and packing to transportation, storage, and final placement. Rather than treating moving as a basic transportation service, Heintz developed the company around a more complete service model designed to address multiple stages of the relocation process.

Founder of Modern Moving Solutions
Luke Heintz established Modern Moving Solutions with the goal of modernizing the relocation, storage, and junk removal process while providing a higher level of customer service. His vision was to create a company capable of supporting customers beyond the basic loading and transportation of belongings. Under his leadership, Modern Moving Solutions offers a connected range of services that can be adapted to the needs of homeowners, renters, property managers, offices, and other commercial clients. By bringing moving, packing, storage, and junk removal together under one company, Heintz has developed a service structure that helps customers reduce the number of separate providers involved in their projects. This comprehensive approach is especially useful for complicated moves that require packing assistance, temporary storage, furniture removal, or additional hauling support.
Residential Moving Knowledge
Residential moves often involve more than transporting boxes between two addresses. Customers may need help developing a schedule, packing fragile items, organizing furniture, determining storage needs, or removing belongings that will not be taken to the new property. Luke Heintz’s experience in the moving industry gives him insight into these interconnected needs and the importance of clear communication throughout the process. Modern Moving Solutions supports local residential moves throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area, with services that may include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, storage, and junk removal.
Commercial Moving and Business Relocations
Commercial relocations require careful planning because delays, disorganization, or improper handling can affect business operations. Under Luke Heintz’s leadership, Modern Moving Solutions provides commercial moving services designed to support offices and other business clients throughout the relocation process. His experience helps inform the company’s approach to organizing equipment, furniture, boxes, and other workplace items for transportation. Commercial customers may also require packing support, storage space, or junk removal when downsizing, reorganizing, or preparing a new location.
Commitment to Customer Service
Customer service is a central part of Luke Heintz’s reason for founding Modern Moving Solutions. Moving and property cleanout projects can involve tight schedules, valuable possessions, physical demands, and significant changes for the people involved. Heintz established the company to provide customers with a more organized and service-focused experience from the initial planning stage through project completion. His leadership emphasizes providing multiple related services through one company so customers can receive the support their situation requires. By combining industry experience with a comprehensive service offering, Heintz continues to guide Modern Moving Solutions as it serves residential and commercial customers throughout the greater St. Louis area.
